Apply to the co-op for resident membership

Bring a cashier’s check for the balance of the purchase money needed for your settlement/closing. If you intend to send the purchase money by wire, please call our office @ 202-537-1800 for the wire instructions.

OH YES, bring your picture ID (driver’s license or passport) to settlement/closing
